SKYTEX, MINI Continuous dyeing machine are special design used for both of rigid and elastic light article,as nylon or polyester elastic tape, bra strap, under wear lace, nylon satin ribbon tapes and cotton tapes...etc.
Machine have the advantages of continuous dyeing and finishing and it provide you with the flexibility for small lots dyeing and laboratory color dyeing.
Machine composed with Feed-in unit, 2-roll dye padder, Steam chamber + thermosol air, Washing baths, Starching baths, 2 ironing cylinder, Take off unit, Compact control panel.
(SKYTEX CO. Can supply special PAD-THERMOSOL-PAD STEAM Continuous dyeing m/c for cotton tape dyeing by
means of reactive dyes.)
Technical features:
- Machine attached with tension control dancing arm, it provide very accurate strectch and elasticity control.
- Steam chamber attached with direct and in-direct steam heating it provide very good Humidity and Temperature control.
- Steam chamber + thermosol air to provide dry high temperature to make good color fixtion
- Washing bath heating by steam, air vibration and water over float, to make clean washing
- Dry ironing cylinder heating by steam, to finished tapes by spiral passage ironing. It’s provide very good finishing and keep good elasticity of elastic tapes.
- All driver motor by used inverter controller running speed adjustable.
